Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
- We do not accept returns on digital downloads, personalized items, clearance products, or used craft supplies.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@paperscissorscraft.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process a refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the replacement product when requesting a return.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@paperscissorscraft.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
