13 Creative and Different Pumpkin Decorating Ideas for Kids
Pumpkin carving can be difficulty with young kids, but there are other creative and different pumpkin decorating ideas for kids that you can use this year.
Pumpkin Decorating
The first time we decided to carve a pumpkin with my kids, my daughter was 4 and my son was 1. They kind of hated it. Well, I guess hate is a strong word. They didn’t really like it because they couldn’t get involved and my daughter thought it was super gross. She also wanted me to carve an elaborate drawing that was pretty much impossible. After that I decided that we would wait a few years before doing it again when they could help do the carving and not possibly die.
Over the years we done several different types of pumpkin decorations. I also found a lot of other creative and different ways to decorate pumpkins, and if you are running into some of the same issues, hopefully this post will help you come up with some ideas for your kiddos too.
